How would you create a PLN prior to engaging a social media campaign on a topic of your choice?

I chose the theme of online shopping and takeaway. Because in the Covid-19 environment, everyone has reduced the habit of going out and spends a lot of time at home, so the habit of going out shopping every week has become online shopping, and I also order takeaways. For this, I started to use many online shopping and takeaway channels (for example: Amazon, Uber EatS, Skip), so I also established a PLN for online shopping and takeaways, because I can see me on these apps I want to evaluate the things I want to buy and understand their experience after using them. Secondly, I also follow some recommendations for good things on some social software and learn about some new products.

Choose a topic, consider your audiences, and consider how you would crate a social media campaign leveraging your PLN.

 For online shopping and takeaways, I can see all the post-purchase reviews, I can also ask them about the post-purchase experience, I will also buy a good product, share my feelings, so as to avoid people buying inappropriate or unsavorable products, or on social software (e.g. Instragram, Tiktok) to see some bloggers share a good post-use experience, so that we can discuss in the comments or discussion group whether the product is suitable for us.

This is also the advantage of online shopping. You can see consumer feedback on the product in real time.
